The art of publicizing hard-to-sell stories is not easy to master. It takes someone with experience and lessons learned in the communications trenches.

To do that well, you need a great writer. And you also need someone who understands the benefits and limitations of different social networking platforms (e.g., will Instagram or the Next New Thing really work for you? Are they worth the effort and expense?)
